Is it true that very few people in Spain do or know how to make crepes? Someone has commented. Maybe is because it seems a bit messy. To me, it's one of the easiest dishes there, though perhaps not as fast, but it all depends on how much you want to do. A day in the fridge there is nothing more than milk and eggs is a perfect day for pancakes. I usually also always have a package of frozen mushrooms make a sauce / onion stuffed with wonderful and a little cream to accompany the pancakes. And the recipes, there are many but mine does not exist, I always make pancakes eye.
