Inuyasha-moonlight Fever



This summer we went to the Gala Dalí Castle in Pubol where this time I paid attention to cups did not notice that during the previous visit. Mini-cheesecake with tablecloth and cushion



The recipe is adapted from here. It's a cool summer dessert, I loved it.

For 12-14 servings you need:



Base 100 g butter 70 g biscuits

grated rind of a lemon filling




200 g cream cheese 100 g mascarpone

2 eggs 150 g sugar juice
and bark grated rind of 2 limes peq.
fresh mint or mint liqueur



layer above 150 ml 10 g gelatin mojito


Preparation: Crumble

Today it does come with a recommendation and a positive assessment of a restaurant. :) It is located in Palamos, on the street next to the market. It is a very busy and I've never seen people in this little restaurant. Called Locubin and specializes in cuisine. Begin with the desventjas of which there are only two and only in my opinion. The

first and biggest is that the restaurant is smoking. Smoking is allowed, but not always the people do. In fact, our strategy is to come later when there is little chance that more people come, and if no one is smoking, we stayed. If not, go to another place. But I do not understand why smoking in just this restuarante because to appreciate the kitchen a little thinner in need enjoy the freer atmosphere of other olfactory stimulants which smoke is the most annoying. Also due to the small size of the restaurant is very easy to go outside to smoke, but my friends who smoke and have given me their own reasons, they also want to enjoy a meal without getting up and exit.

I also liked the shots. :) Besides being free (not all sites are), they bring you different types of residue, some very delicious, like honey, interesting bottles. Tradition style is more elegant.

And last, prices are a little high but dinner for two with wine and water (yes, a starter and no dessert) came to us 47 euros.
